Hi hi hi!
What a crazy few weeks this has been.. In a good way.
I decided to get certified to become a spiritual life coach and the first half of the course is really focusing on yourself and bettering your mindset, (obvi can’t coach people if my mind isn’t in the most positive state).
So I’ve really been trying to work on all the things I definitely need to improve upon. It’s been an amazing journey so far & I will for sure keep everyone posted!
But back to this Facebook group.
I’ve been feeling really called to create a space that people can go to to just get a daily dose of goodness.
I’ve been guilty of posting things that aren’t the most positive over the last few months, and this spiritual life coaching course I’ve been taking has really opened my eyes to how I’m not being the light to others that I want to be.
So I had this idea to create this group that can hopefully just inspire people or take them to a different space.
Think lots of crystals, tarot cards, daily inspo when you’re in a funk, plant things, cute boho home decor, grounding techniques and tips, and basically anything else to help raise your vibration.
There’s also some super fun content planned for October!
Definitely will be making the theme a little more witchy. So some crystal magic and spells, moon rituals, etc.
Anndddddd, we have two full moons next month, one on October 1st and the second on Hallo-freakin-ween, so I really felt like I needed to make next month’s posts as full of magic as possible.
I got the idea for the name because as you all know I am obsessed with Summer and lately, anything that has to do with the desert and the earth.
The Summer solstice specifically is a time when we should all celebrate the earth and our connection to it and the sun.
It’s a good time to remember that we, like the sun, contain the power to nurture and sustain, and that we have a responsibility to burn as brightly as we can.
“(It) is the time to invite fire into our lives fire to burn away all that we have outgrown and all that no longer serves us; fire that makes the wild things grow in us, for which our inner selves have longed.”
~ Cait Johnson and Maura D. Shaw from Celebrating the Great Mother
Basically all the things that That Sunday Feeling represents.
