WHAT IS REIKI
Originating from Japan, reiki is a form of energy healing based on unity, compassion, and humanity.
In addition to performing reiki on others, practitioners also practice on their own, following what are called the Five Reiki Principles.
This allows them to get in touch with their own energies and be a clear channel in order to better help and tap into others’ energy centers or chakras.
I have been attuned and certified in the first, second & third levels of Reiki using the Usui System, by a fellow Reiki Master in the direct lineage of Mikao Usui, and have been a Reiki Master since May 2020.
The Reiki system draws on chakra knowledge as well as specific symbols, which are considered sacred: the keys that open the doors to the higher mind, triggering an intention or belief that brings about specific results.

No technology is needed and it doesn’t matter where you live, you can receive this energy from anywhere in the world!
HOW TO PREPARE
Find a quiet place where you can lay or sit comfortably and relax uninterrupted for 45-60 minutes.
Light some candles or diffuse essential oils, gather your crystals, if you have any, put on a soothing playlist. I will message you before I begin and once I’m finished.
You’ll also want to have a glass of cold water nearby to drink after your session, as reiki can stir up toxins in the body, much like massage, and you’ll want to flush them out for the next 24-48 hours.
WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE
You may feel deeply relaxed.
Your breathing pattern may change.
Your body may feel heavy, sinking into your bed/chair, or it may feel light with a floating sensation.
You may experience twitching or involuntary movements.
You may see colors, visions, or hear intuitive messages.
You may feel the urge to cry or feel unresolved emotions come to the surface.
Acknowledge whatever you’re feeling and allow your body to release.
Or, you might not feel anything at all, but know that’s perfectly normal too.
The energy is still being channeled to you and going where it needs to.
Just focus on your breathing and relaxing.
