A little bit about me:
My name is Ashlee and I originally from San Diego but currently live in North Carolina with my 3 dogs, Nellie, Pepper, and Linkin, (counting the days until I can get back to the West Coast).
My love of all things spiritual began in my late 20’s and evolved when I discovered I was an Empath after I turned 30. So many things started making sense- why my emotions were usually all over the place in crowds or near other people, & why seeing the horrible things happening to animals and the planet affected me more deeply than others…
I found myself going through depression and was using alcohol to cope with the rollercoaster of emotions I was feeling daily. The madness of the pandemic didn’t help either.
BUT, that it what led me to explore Reiki and Crystal Reiki healing, because I knew I needed the tools to heal myself and help others heal too.
That Sunday Feeling originally started as a lifestyle blog to spread awareness about how we could help make the planet better using eco-friendly or cruelty-free and vegan products, but has now evolved into this amazing business where I get to help others physically feel like the best versions of themselves.
